How it works:

Step 2 - Intake Paperwork

Through the site Session Health, you will receive a brief questionnaire to fill out for yourself or your child prior to the first session.

Step 1 - Contact Me

If you’re feeling ready to schedule for yourself or your child, go ahead and send me an email here: info@heidijonesllc.com or call (253) 234-5296, and we’ll work to get you scheduled!

Step 3 - First Session

The first session is a lot of information gathering. You’ll share what’s brought you to therapy and we’ll explore together your concerns.

Individual therapy

I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and to attain the personal growth they are seeking. This is accomplished by adhering to my practice’s central values: compassion, empathy, and courage.

I work with teens, emerging adults, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds who experience a wide range of anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma and grief related disorders, and other mental health concerns. I specialize and have training in treating C-PTSD, anxiety/OCD, depression, and more.

Sessions typically run about 50 minutes.

Parent Sessions

As a parent, seeing your child struggle, whether emotionally, socially, or cognitively,  is heartbreaking. You may feel lost and utterly overwhelmed. I use a strengths based model where I partner with you to set goals, create the plan to achieve them, and support you along the way. Parenting complex children can be very isolating, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Sessions typically run about 45 minutes.
